Policies

Your time is very important to me and is reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens, and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve every guest tardiness, cancellations and no-show policies are as follows:

Tardiness

  • When running late please notify me by text to be sure I can still accommodate you. (682)710-3379

  • Guests running 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule to a later date.

Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of the scheduled service will need to contact me by text and may result in a deposit of 50% of the cancelled appointment before rescheduling.

No Shows

  • Guests who do not text or arrive for the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service cost before rebooking.

  • Repeat offenders will no longer be able to book with me.

Children, Color Adjustments & New Guests

  • I love your children too; however, the salon environment can be unsafe for unsupervised children and can disrupt the experience for other guests. Please leave them with a trusted guardian if they are not receiving a salon service.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your color, notify me within 7 days of the service to receive a complimentary color adjustment. * Does not include additional lightening. *

  • New guests are required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $75 to reserve a time slot, this deposit goes toward the total service cost on the day of.
