Your time is very important to me and is reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve every guest tardiness, cancellations and no show policies are as follows:


  • When running late please notify me by text to be sure I can still accommodate you. (682)710-3379

  • Guests running 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule to a later date.

  • Tardiness may result in deposit fees for future appointments.


  • All appointments require 48hrs notice of scheduled service to be cancelled to allow proper time to fill the space.

  • As with tardiness, repeat cancellations made within 48hrs of a scheduled appointment may result in deposit fees for future appointments.

No Shows

  • Guests who do not call or arrive for the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service cost before rebooking.

  • Repeat offenders will no longer be able to book with me.

Children, Color Adjustments & New Guests

  • I love your kids too however, my space is limited. Please leave them with a trusted guardian if they are not receiving a salon service.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your color, notify me within 7 days of the service to receive a complimentary color adjustment. *Does not include additional lightening.*

  • New guests are required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $75 to book, which goes toward the scheduled service.
