New Guest Deposit: I understand that as ne guest I am required to provide a deposit of $75 at the time of booking to hold the appointment. I understand the deposit will be deducted from my total on the day of. I understand that I forfeit the deposit in the case of a cancellation made with 48 hrs of the agree upon day.

I understand there is a strict 48 hr cancellation policy and if I do cancel with less than 48 hrs notice I may be requied to pay a fee equal to 50% of the appointment total before rescheduling.
